Job Description
Dai Due is hiring and AM line cook. Dai Due is a full service restaurant and butcher shop open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday-Sunday. The hot line operates custom built adjustable wood fired grills and a pantry that includes charcuterie, preserves and scratch baked breads and pastries. Dai Due and its owners, Jesse Griffiths and Tamara Mayfield, have been a staple on the Austin food scene since 2006 with their seasonal and local supper clubs and farmer's market butcher counter. Dai Due has been named one of GQ's 25 Most Outstanding Restaurants and one of the Top Ten Best New Restaurants in America by Bon Appetit magazine. Dai Due is looking for an enthusiastic cook who is excited to work entirely with sustainable local produce and humanely raised & slaughtered meats to create a dynamic and thoughtful menu.
