Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

In 1993 Filiberto's opened its first best Mexican fast food restaurant in Mesa, AZ. This restaurant still serves Mexican food to the entire Phoenix valley.
Our gamble paid off and within a few short years we opened 10 new Mexican fast food restaurants that offered a great Mexican food selection, friendly service, clean facilities and carry out. Filiberto's carry out and drive thru quickly became Phoenix' favorite.
Fast forward to present day and Filiberto's now boasts more than 55 Mexican fast food restaurants that span over 3 states. Our pride doesn't lie in our fast and successful growth, but rather that we have been able to maintain a high level of quality, respect and professional commitment to our staff, customers and most importantly our food.
Evident with our commitment to our communities, is our support for St. Jude Children's Hospital and youth athletics in our neighborhoods.
