Grateful Dead themed, full service pizza restaurant/beer garden in the heart of downtown Hot Springs looking for energetic, hard working line/prep cook in fast paced, high volume environment. Summer is here and we need a few more good hands to help with the increased work load. Relaxed, family environment that likes to sling great pizza and have fun doing it.... plus we're really good at it. Must be able to work weekends, have reliable transportation, be punctual, endure hot and cold environments for

extended periods of time, lift and move min. 50lbs, read and execute recipes to house standards, leave drama at home, and have fun. We start at $9.25 w/the potential for raises after probationary period as

well to go to full time once proved abilities and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Cook food in a variety of ways
• Prepare ingredients
• Possess a solid sense of timing
• Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Monitor stock for shortages
