Job Description
We are currently looking for a Line Cook to join our team. Line Cooks are required to execute menu items and recipes set by the executive chef. They are responsible for operating the mechanics of the assigned station in accordance with the standards and expectations of Hannah’s. Line Cooks must be able when asked to help with prep work on multiple stations. You will be successful if you have a strong drive to learn and the ability to multitask. Must be a team player and strive for perfection even under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Cook food in a variety of ways
- Prepare ingredients
- Possess a solid sense of timing
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Monitor stock and place orders for shortages

Once located in a modest building off Hickory Street, Hannah’s is now situated in a historic site that was home to a turn-of-the-century blacksmith business. This original space has helped to inspire an eclectic cuisine reflecting the artistic and imaginative atmosphere of downtown Denton.
