Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

We welcome you to La Paloma Family Restaurant. Our Mexican-American Restaurant is located in the heart of Arizona, half-way between Tucson and Phoenix (near I-10 in Eloy, Arizona). When you come to visit we put an emphasis on family and a good experience. George and Elizabeth Flores are the owners. They have three children, George Flores Jr. and Family, Dominic Flores and Family and our daughter Ashley. The Flores Family purchased the restaurant in December 2018 with a goal to provide a family restaurant for our community and surrounding communities. Liz's dream has always been to own a restaurant, so when George decided to retire from his job of 35 years with Pinal County Sheriff Deputy. He decided that he would make that dream come true. Liz has always enjoyed cooking and taught our family to cook. Our goal is to provide you with a nice meal and make you feel welcomed to our home away from home.
