Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

Ryan Helsley, Will Casanova and Trace Armstrong offer an award-winning, all things Southern, Alabama-style BBQ experience. Serving fresh from the pit BBQ and made from scratch Southern sides prepared fresh daily, the BBQ joint features to go packs and catering. Beer and wine are served as well as a wine-based liquor alternative used for specialty cocktails such as the Bushwacker and Bloody Moe.
Located in the middle of the strip right across from the Gulf of Mexico and about a half of a mile East of Pier Park, the 2000 square foot fast casual restaurant seats about 50 inside. Throughout the heavily wooded interior, there is lots of personality with a beachy/BBQ feel to it as surf boards, fishing gear, old driftwood and carved fish fill the walls. With a tiki hut bar out front, the expansive patio wraps around the side of the building and is a place for guests to people watch, socialize, eat, drink, and enjoy HDTVs, outdoor games, and live music. Additionally, there is a large gravel parking lot out back.
