Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

Moe’s Original Bar B Que purchased a renovated gas station in Vestavia, AL nestled in Vestavia’s Rocky Ridge Road business district. Moe’s Original provides a kid-friendly environment in a quaint neighborhood setting. After seven years in this location, they needed more space and moved across the street. The 3,500 square feet restaurant has better visibility, triple the amount of parking and a drive thru. We also have a full bar, an inside dining room and a full-covered patio.
