Job Description

As a cook at North Fork, you will be performing your trade front and center and you will play an extremely important role in the overall guest experience and satisfaction. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about quality food and cooking, have good attention to detail, are reliable with a strong work ethic and possess great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ability to prepare and cook dishes to menu specification as well as understand and follow
• Possess basic cooking knowledge with good knife skills.
• Able to safely handle kitchen tools and equipment and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Must be dependable, punctual and organized and willing to follow direction.
• Able to communicate effectively, have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
• Adheres to and complies with North Fork policies and procedures and willing follows direction.
• Performs additional duties as directed by management.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as needed.
• Required experience: At least one year of restaurant experience.
