Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

After spending the long, dog days of summer on Clearwater Beach, five young friends would find themselves roaming from place to place in order to find the freshest ingredients for each unique item they collectively craved, to help maintain their Zeus-like appearances.
But, with the passing of time, the dog days of summer became shorter, the roaming became less, and their Zeus-like appearances became a thing of the past.
Some 30 years later, the five, still very young at heart, continued to live vicariously through the memories of their youth, and decided to embark on a joint venture to create the perfect mix of their favorite Gulf Coast Grub.
After a few more beers and trips down memory lane, their vision of Pearly's Beach Eats became reality. Welcome we hope you enjoy the grub!
