Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill is now hiring experienced Line Cooks! We're looking for reliable people with great attitudes to add to our awesome crew.

We serve fresh American food including quality steaks, all-natural burgers made from locally raised steers, locally sourced produce as well as vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.

We have an organized Plating Guide with photos and instructions for plating every dish on our menu.

Qualifications:

-At least two years of line cook experience

-Apt to have fun and smile, even during a busy rush

-Can expertly temp steaks

-Attention to the essential details of plating excellent food

-Absolutely dependable

Responsibilities

• Plating dishes beautifully in a fast-faced kitchen.
• Following the Opening Checklist to ensure the line is ready for the shift, and the Closing Checklist to ensure a proper and clean closing.
• Stocking and preparing your station before opening and whenever there is downtime.
• Communicating respectfully with coworkers.
• Pantry Station is responsible for plating Salads, Sandwiches, and deep fryer items.
• Grill Station is responsible for cooking with the Charbroiler and Sautés, including steaks, burgers, fish, etc.
