Job Description
Julienne isn't just a pretty name to you. Searing and sautéing are your thing. And most importantly, you aren't scared of Crocs. As a cook, you'll be able to translate beautiful kitchen messes into beautiful plated meals. You're fluent in ingredients and have an MBA in multitasking (relax, not an actual MBA). Whatever technical experience you have is welcomed, but don't shy away if you simply know your way around a grill.
Responsibilities
- Cook food in a variety of ways.
- Prepare ingredients.
- Possess an impeccable sense of timing.
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock and place orders for shortages.

From our Maryland Eastern Shore inspired Crab Cakes and Award Winning Crab Soup to Hand cut USDA Choice Steaks, slow cooked Baby Back Ribs and Yankee Pot Roast to mouth watering Angus Burgers, Fresh Fish Selections, Mounded Pastas and an array of crisp, healthy Entree Salads, plus much more. We are confident you will find something to tickle your taste buds and at a price that will enable you to come back often. We are known of large portions, however for the smaller appetites we can tailor our plates to accommodate your wishes.
