Line cooks are responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to company recipes and specifications.

Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation):

- Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere

- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law

- Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds

- Good hearing for safety and accurate communication

- Must be able to read, write and speak in English

- Must have reliable transportationOur Line Cooks are Responsible for:

- Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherence

- Preparing guest orders accurately in a timely manner

- Supporting the success of the Heart of house through proper food preparation and stock levels

- Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness throughout all food preparation areas

- Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices.
