Delhi6 Indian Scratch Kitchen + Bar is looking for a full time or part time crew member to join our team in Highland Village, TX. As a Delhi6 Indian Scratch Kitchen + Bar crew member, you can be the smiling face that greets and serves our guests or a cook who makes things happen in the kitchen. Responsibilities:

-Knowledge of proper safe handling techniques for all food or chemicals used

-Anticipates kitchen member needs by constantly evaluating environment and responding to cues as necessary

-Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchens, loading dock, dumpster and utility work areas

-Assists with receiving delivery of product on behalf of our restaurant team

-Complete daily and weekly checklists

-Maintain a proactive approach to the health, safety and security of all staff at all times

-Be vigilant for any hazards, alerting a manager as necessary

-Greet guests and provide a memorable experience

-When necessary, resolve guest issues

-Share your positive high energy and enthusiasm with focus and commitment to exceed customers expectations

Responsibilities

• Read tickets, finish plates and run food or delegate to a team member
• Describe dish being dropped at the guest's table and ensure they are satisfied before returning to the kitchen
• Packing takeout food with accuracy.
• Assist servers or prep staff in side work during down times
• Be sure station is set with all items needed by both the BOH and the FOH
• Maintain a clean workstation
