Job Description
Our Culinary Team Members are responsible for creating joyful guest experiences at Choolaah by preparing and serving high quality food quickly and accurately in a clean environment. They have high energy, a positive attitude and a passion for excellence, food quality, food safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Cooking, cleaning and prepping for guests
- Striving for accuracy on all orders
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Following all company policies and standards including safety and sanitation
- Ensuring their area/station is clean, stocked, setup and ready for service
- Participating in ongoing training and development
- Cross training and cross utilizing skills
