Job Description
As a Grill Cook it is your job to ensure the quality of the meats is up to Tucanos standard. You will be cooking the meats in a rotisserie style grill on either our gas or charcoal flame grill. It is your duty to keep the line stocked and keep the guests happy. It is vital to the position to have sense of pride. You get to put your name on the food that goes out!
Responsibilities
- Cook food in a variety of ways
- Prepare ingredients
- Possess a solid sense of timing
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Monitor stock and place orders for shortages
