Hours Required

This is a night time only position. 5pm-close.

Closing hours are 11pm on Mon-Thur, 12am Friday-Saturday and 10pm on Sunday.

Shifts may be 30 minutes to an hour later based on volume and efficiency.

As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements. You'll be responsible for keeping the dish pit orgranized and cleaned and assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and cleaned. Your pace is critical to turning tables, so a strong work ethic is key to success.

Responsibilities

• Keeping plates, utensils, cups etc adequately stocked for service.
