Job Description
As the driver, you are the face of our brand. You'll provide excellent customer service by ensuring orders are correct and delivered in a timely manner. You should be able to creatively solve problems and have a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. A Driver's License and some cash handling will be required.

Royal Gourmet House, Inc (RGHI) is a family owned company. The company started in 1998 by the founder Vikram Mehta as a part time (or more like weekend) business. His hard work and dedication towards the customers service grew business to next level every year. Since from then – RGHI kept growing and introducing new program and products to improve their offering to the customers. Currently RGHI does business with more than 1500 customers all around the Texas. RGHI is a full service provider for the C-store industry and office coffee. Their offering includes – Hot beverage Program (Royal House Coffee), Frozen Beverage program (Royal Ice), Mexican Drink program (Aqua frescas), Ricos Nachos and Cheese Program, Boiled Peanut Patch program and many other ancillary programs to make each c-store unique in their offerings.

Our Employees use Handheld devices (Portable computers) to Take orders, Print Invoices on site for products and service, and record data about the equipment on site. RGHI Strongly Believes A Step Forward in Technology is the key to long term Customer Relations.
