Job Description

Come join Fogo de Chão - Addison as a full time or part time Food Prep team member in Addison, TX, where you will be passionately preparing, portioning, and cooking food items to our quality specifications. As a Food Prep, you will be committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during your shift and preparing food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs. You'll help to provide each customer with an amazing dining experience in the restaurant, through your passion and commitment to putting out quality food at its best.


The Food Prep position is also responsible for:

-Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures

-Maintaining a clean and food-safe environment

-Preparing, portioning, and/or cooking food items to quality specifications

-Assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance is available for full-time, hourly employees on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
