Job Description
The BOKA Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager!
Boka Restaurant Group was founded by Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm in 2003 and has become one of the premier chef-driven restaurant groups in the country. Anchored by partnerships with some of America's greatest chefs--Stephanie Izard, Giuseppe Tentori, Chris Pandel, Lee Wolen, and Jimmy Papadopoulos--BRG has over 16 entities (and more forthcoming!) each of them crafted individually and conceptually unique.
Responsibilities
- Qualified candidates MUST possess:
- - at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- - experience with Aloha and Opentable.
- - experienced in Microsoft Office programs.
- - food and beverage knowledge.
- - knowledge of beer and spirits.
- - willing to work long extended hours and late nights.
- - knowledgeable about Boka Restaurant Group.
- - polished, professional, warm and hospitable
- - prepared to run all operations including but not limited to: hiring and training FOH staff, daily financial procedures, repairs and maintenance, guest relations, execution of on and offsite special events, conducting inspired pre shift meetings for staff, staff and management evaluations, maintaining established cost and sales goals
