Job Description
Root & Sprig is seeking a General Manager with outstanding leadership skills and passion for food and hospitality to open a brand new store in Aurora, CO!
Responsibilities include:
- Leading day to day operations
- Manage P&L
- Overseeing stations to provide quick, accurate and exceptional service
- Provide warm and friendly hospitality to all guests.
- Hire, train and develop team
- Coach and motivate team to exceed goals and uphold standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in similar role
- At least 3 years experience in successfully directing, motivating, coaching and developing team
- Servsafe Manager certification or equivalent
- Successfully execute FOH and BOH stations
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent customer service
$60-70k plus bonus and benefits
