We are tangled up in small town roots here at Tangled Roots Craft Beer and Kitchen!

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The host is essentially the face of the restaurant. The customer service and energy the hosts show the moment the guests walk through the doors can shape their entire experience here at Tangled Roots.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-Serve Safe Certificate within 2 weeks of employment.
PREFERRED SKILLS
-For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.

Responsibilities
- Greeting the guests, the moment the enter the doors
- Answer phone call or in person reservations
- Handle general phone calls and transfers
- Answer guests’ questions pertaining to the restaurant and the menu
- Assist wait staff as needed
- Providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas.
- Ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
- Address any complaints to help resolve them
- Obtain knowledge of the beer, wine, and food menu
- Assist other individuals as needed
- Up-keep on the cleanliness of the restrooms and keep them stocked

At Lock and Mule our menu is centered around our enormous wood fire grill, where fire is harnessed to release all the succulent flavors of meats and vegetables freshly sourced from our network of local farmers. We also pride ourselves on crafting a portfolio of ice cold beers to suit any palette – from light sessionable lagers and ales to dark and complex experimental brews. You’ll find up to 15 beers on tap at any given time, including seasonal and limited edition beers.
