Job Description
As Chica (Hostess), interact with, entertain and provide the best class in service and hospitality to every guest. The Chica’s are required to sell food and beverages to guests, answer questions about the menu and food, provide customer service and help maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant. You are the first impression of the restaurant and set the tone for guests' experiences. You will answer phones, take reservations, and be responsible for seating guests according to server availability. Your attention to detail and communication are critically important. You are also the last note of the experience, and will wish guests farewell and invite them to come back.
Responsibilities
- Adhering to all Image & Costume guidelines
- Interaction with and entertainment of guests
- Promotion of events and specials that promote the good will and profitability of the business
- Best in class service and hospitality, greeting guests, executing food and drink orders (including taking the order, suggestive selling, ringing in the order, delivering food and drinks to the table, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling the check properly)
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary

We’re not your typical Sports Cantina, we offer delicious made from scratch Mexican comida, ice cold 29º cerveza and crazy drinks to keep you coming back for more. We currently have 12 locations in 3 states across the country and growing rapidly.
