Job Description
As kitchen manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of a fast paced kitchen. You will oversee the production of menu items and will be responsible for maintaining the already high standards that are set in place. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all health and safety standards and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Manage & train staff on food preparation techniques as well as execution
- Maintain and monitor inventory
- Food ordering
- Scheduling kitchen staff
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
