Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.
Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff

Cheeky Taqueria is a locally owned and operated restaurant concept with 2 awesome locations. We pride ourselves on having fun while working hard (even when we're in the weeds) and making damn good food from scratch.
Our home store located in Suwanee was opened in 2007, well ahead of the Taqueria craze we've all enjoyed over the last decade. We opened our 2nd location in Cumming in 2009 in the Collections shopping center. (formerly the Avenues) We strive to build deep roots in our communities which has lead to our long term success over the past decade.
We are looking to grow our team for the coming season as well as for years to come. Please let us know if you're interested.
