As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of menu items, plus light prep and daily cleaning/closing tasks. We are all expected to help each other out, to maintain poise under pressure and keep a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all staff members
- Sunday thru Thursday shift hours: 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Friday & Saturday shift hours: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
