Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

Dido's Restaurant has been serving the community for 38 years. We boast a 150 capacity in the dining room, 250 on the patio, and 50 in the Magnolia Room. Dido's specializes in fresh gulf shrimp, catfish, and some of the best gumbo you've ever tasted. Our catering menu is extensive, including Tex-Mex, Italian, Steaks, BarBQ, and of course Seafood.
