Job Description
Work with chefs in a close knit kitchen to cook and develop menus utilizing offal & local vegetables & meats. Learn butchery & charcuterie once your feet are firmly planted. This position is part of the tip pool. Blue cross blue shield insurance available after 90 days full time employment, easy parking, consistent hours, dynamic menu.
Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff
