Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

When we say ‘Authentic Italian’, it is about much more than importing a popular style of serving pizza in Italy. We use genuine, premium ingredients including fine grain Italian flour. Our founders come to Flower Mound directly from Milan and Florence, Italy. Our Pizzaiolo (pizza chef) comes from Naples, Italy, the birth place of pizza, and has 30 years experience and will bring his secret dough recipe and OVER 300 PIZZA IDEAS to North Texas.
Our olive oils and wines are imported directly from our very own vineyard and farm in Florence.
