Job Description

As grill line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of specific items on the menu from our char-grill and sautée station including steaks, pastas, and seafood. Being a team player is key! The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. Upon arrival you will prepare your station and fill items to ensure you are ready for a busy shift.

Responsibilities

• Cutting meats such as ribeye, fillets and sirloin. Prepping items for your station and maintaining a clean work area. Fulfilling orders in a timely manner while handling the fast paced pressure during busy times.
