We are looking for line cooks that can work full-time or part-time to join our team up to $17/hr.
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.
Our chef + owner, Amir Hajimaleki and our pastry chef, Dennis Van have been featured in Forbes articles and shows like the Netflix original show, Sugar Rush (Season 1, Episode 5 if you want to check to out!). We have also won multiple awards, including “Top best happy hour” and “Top brunches to enjoy from home”, and ""Best fine dining pandemic Persian pop-up"" for their pop-up restaurant Roya. We hold ourselves to very high standards and our guests can see that.
Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff
