Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.
Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff

We offer red and green salsa, and when it is paired with our warm fresh tortilla chips the taste is unbeatable. Armed with domestic and international beers, margaritas, and over 150 different types of tequilas, our cantina is sure to have just the drink to compliment any meal. Ask our staff to recommend a tequila or margarita flight and sample some of our many flavors.
