We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

Assist in menu planning and food presentation to enhance guest experience.

Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.

Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.

Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.

Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and food handling practices.

Knowledge of dietary restrictions and meal preparation for diverse dietary needs is a plus.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
