As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

Our passion for authentic Italian food started in our childhood, back when our family gathered at our Nonna's home every Sunday for lunch. While we played, the fresh herbs and scent of spices would guide us to the kitchen, where we would delightedly observe La Nonna giving the final touches to those succulent traditional Sicilian dishes. La Nonna would call: "Tutti a Tavola!" and we would run to the table eager to savor her traditional Italian food and experience its genuine colors, flavors, and scents.
