Job Description
The Wayback is a Westlake Boutique Hotel and Farm to Table Restaurant.
We are looking for Line Cooks and a Sous Chef.
Pay is $18- $22.50/hour
The right candidate should have the following skills: Accountabilty, attention to detail, good knife skills. Good at working with others and likes to be on a small team.
Our chef is a product of the West Coast transforming Texas ingredients into Napa Valley style dishes.
Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff
