Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

Taste what happens at 1000 degrees! Our coal oven draws out flavor quickly, to impart a unique subtle smoky flavor to our food. Enjoy the freshest food, craft beers, specialty cocktails and fine wines in a friendly atmosphere.
We cook in a custom-built, 1000 degree coal-burning oven for a unique taste. Our pizza sauce is made from scratch daily using fresh ingredients, and we use the finest mozzarella available. Filtered water is used for our made from scratch sandwich bread, pizza dough and beverages, so everything tastes fresh.
