Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

Whiskey Wednesdays is a fun, fast-paced neighborhood bar and grill known for great food, cold drinks, live music, and excellent customer service. We're looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our crew.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding guest service in a friendly, professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, bar, kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.
Follow opening, closing, and daily side work procedures.
Assist with stocking, inventory counts, and receiving deliveries.
Keep workstations fully stocked and organized throughout shifts.
Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, equipment cleaning, sanitation, and restroom maintenance.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable attendance.
Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
