Job Description
As manager, you will manage and supervise staff and coordinate the operation of the dining room during service periods. You will serve as liaison between guests and the restaurant.
You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.
2+ years of quality experience as a managera at an upscale restaurant required.
Salary range: $48,000 - $52,000

- Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively
- Attract, recruit, and train staff
- Purchase goods and make improvements
- Report sales results and productivity to management
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
