Job Description

As manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. Guest focus, cleanliness, and developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment is key.

• Manage day-to-day operations
• Identify customer needs and respond proactively

• organizing the restaurant and maintaining proper opening and closing procedures
• work with the kitchen
• support caterer and catering events
• support scheduling efforts
• Report sales results and productivity to management
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of restaurant and bar activities is essential
