Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with a positive attitude and welcoming nature. Our growing company is looking for an Outbound Caller / Sales Representative.
This position performs outbound calls to potential customers to know if they are in need of our company’s services and forward them to our Contract Managers. This position will require working closely with our Contract Managers to ensure the accurate and effective quality of sales leads.
* Experience as an over the phone sales representative is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Based on each customer that purchases our service, each payout range from $100 - $1000.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- * Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for our Contract Manager.
- * Present professionalism when dealing with customer communications: via phone or email.
- Possess strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to identify customer needs when contacting customers.
- * Document each call as per company policies and procedures.
- * Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
- * Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next appointment, or follow up and suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- * Apply a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all customers.
- * Be able to establish a positive rapport.
- * Be patient and understanding in all customer interactions.
- * Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
