Job Description
We are looking for an Oyster Shucker, you will be fully immersed in the spirit of the establishment. You're high functioning, adaptable, and ready for whatever the job throws at you. Working with other team members isn't just your strong suit, it's one of your favorite parts of the job. When you clock in, you're daring the day to challenge you.
Responsibilities
- Cook food in a variety of ways
- Prepare ingredients
- Possess a solid sense of timing
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Monitor stock and place orders for shortages
- Shuck oysters for raw and cooked consumption
- Must be able to Shuck and be comfortable with the operation of the grill
- Follow operational policies and procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items
