Job Description
Looking for an experienced and skilled pastry chef to assist in the production of all pastry products for Cafe Monarch and a new concept by the team behind Cafe Monarch. Will have ability to help create menu items
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality of all product and presentation
- Receive, check and properly store all incoming product
- Know and comply with all sanitation standards
- Operate, teach and supervise safe operation of all appliances and equipment
- Assist in menu development
