Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Ice Cream Chef to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for ice cream and a proven ability to develop and produce unique and delicious flavors. You will be responsible for all aspects of ice cream production, from recipe development and ingredient sourcing to daily production and quality control.

• • Oversee daily ice cream production, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes.
• • Manage inventory of ingredients, including sourcing high-quality dairy, fruits, and other key components.
• • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• • Assist with shop operations as needed, including scooping ice cream, customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Qualifications:
• • Proven experience as an Ice Cream Maker or in a related culinary role.
• • Strong understanding of ice cream production techniques, including churning, tempering, and flavor balancing.
• • Extensive knowledge of ingredients and their flavor profiles.
• • Passion for food and a strong desire to create unique and delicious flavors.
• • Creative and innovative with a strong attention to detail.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• • Food Handler's Certificate (required or obtained upon hire).
