Job Description
Experienced cake decorator needed to design, decorate, and deliver weddings cakes to local DFW wedding venues. Training is available. Petite desserts will be made for orders as well.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality of all product and presentation
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of pastry production areas
- Receive, check and properly store all incoming product
- Know and comply with all sanitation standards
- inventory for production based on business needs
- Lifting 50 plus pounds
- Delivering and setting up wedding cakes and desserts
- Responsible driver and driving record.
