Job Description
Members of the pastry team will oversee production of all desserts and excellent scratch made pastas! You will assist in the receiving of new product and work along side the Head Pastry chef to create and execute the seasonal menu
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality of all product and presentation
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of pastry production areas
- Receive, check and properly store all incoming product
- Know and comply with all sanitation standards
