M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking an HR Generalist with a Payroll focus to join our Familia. This position will be a part of the HR team.

You will support the HR team by doing the following:

Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees

Manages manual checks

Process Garnishment Orders

Employment Verifications

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns

True ownership of payroll processes

Broad knowledge of human resources functions

Support HR Team

Responsibilities

• Requirements
• We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a Minimum 5 years’ experience in processing payroll for the Restaurant Industry.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of state and federal wage & hour regulations, payroll taxes and annual reporting requirements.
• Proficient with Payroll system software, Paycom strongly preferred.
• Proficient at MS Office: Excel
• Bi-lingual is a plus
