Job Description
The prep cook handles the majority of the prep for all ingredients going into dishes during service. This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques. The quality of the prep work is instrumental in the quality of the finished product, so attention to detail is paramount.

Brick & Fire Pizza and Pasta Parlor is Not a Chain. There is only one. Our dough is made by hand, every day right here in the shop using Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Live Yeast Beer from Orlando Brewing. We vastly use more expensive cheeses and other ingredients than those other chains in our dishes and you can absolutely taste the difference. Our crust is crispy on the outside, chewy and bread like and all of the pizzas are fired directly on the brick. No screens or conveyor belt ovens here!
