Responsibilities

• YOUR JOB
• As a member of the front of house team, previous experience is not required. All you need is a good
• attitude and dedication. We will teach you how to do the job. As a server, you are responsible for ensuring
• our crew and guests have exceptional experiences at Burgatory. Your duties include:
•  Greeting every employee and guest with empathy and care
•  Using your dynamic personality to make connections with our guests
•  Ensuring you do your part in creating and maintaining a positive work environment
•  Making our guest glad they are here, by offering an enlightened form of hospitality
•  Cleaning and organizing the dining room to ensure guest satisfaction.
•  Working in an organized fashion to ensure that order entry is accurate and in line with our system
