As a part of our badass team (yep we said it), you’ll help deliver our mission by joining a team of GOATS that, together will continue to grow the legacy of our brand and be brand stewards. Prep Cooks are responsible to cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.

Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)

- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law

- Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds

- Good hearing for safety and accurate communication

- Must be able to read, write and speak in English

- Must have reliable transportation

Our Prep Cooks are Responsible for:

- Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherence

- Supporting the success of the Heart of house by ensuring menu items are stocked and prepped according to food safety and recipe standards.

- Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all food preparation areas

- Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices.
