Job Description
Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing and portionioning a variety of food products including meats, poultry, vegetables, sauces, appetizers, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List. Prep cooks are expected to keep a clean organized work space as well as maintaining the equipment and utensils provided. Mantaining specs according to recipes provided is a must. Prep Cooks are trained on a 5-tier system with prep duties ranging on a difficulty scale from 1-5. Prep Cooks should be organized, quick, clean and accurate.
