Denny's Boiling Springs is looking for hardworking and passionate individuals to join our restaurant as a full time or part time server. As a restaurant server, providing the customer with a memorable experience is key, and your role will be integral in making that happen. You'll be expected to answer menu questions, manage multiple tables, and support the rest of the FOH staff during your shifts. Being able to handle unique problems as they arise? A major bonus. Our restaurant servers should make all of our guests feel comfortable and make recommendations you genuinely feel that your guests will enjoy. Denny's Boiling Springs is located in Boiling Springs, SC. This job is full time or part time.

Responsibilities

• As an overnight Server, you’re the guest’s connection to the diner. Which means you’re an advisor. A mind-reader. A friendly ear. And sometimes, a compassionate conversationalist. Responsibilities include:
• • Taking food orders and keeping drinks filled.
• • Making sure guests’ meals and their experience is as perfect as possible
• • Serving guests with a warn friendly smile.
• • Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment.
• Skill and coordination at using hands to write, pour and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds.
